FREE ADMISSION TO THE PUBLIC!

The 13th Annual Delaware Resorts Home Expo, will take place on March 27th and 28th at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center.  Hours for Saturday are 9am to 6pm, and Sunday 10am to 4pm.  The Convention Center is located on Rehoboth Avenue adjacent to the Rehoboth city offices.

The Expo is operated by the websites RehobothToday.com and LewesToday.com, and Comcast Spotlight and benefits Sussex County Habitat for Humanity, the non-profit agency assisting qualified residents with affordable housing.  Habitat will also present an exhibit to provide information regarding local projects and the national organization.

More than fifty exhibitors - realtors, developers, builders, mortgage and home service firms will present their projects and products, all under one roof in the spacious, air-conditioned comfort of the Convention Center at NO CHARGE TO THE PUBLIC!  Ample free parking is available.

Expo visitors will enjoy the convenience of reviewing the area’s premier real estate and home service values while receiving free gifts, participation in prize drawings, and entertainment provided by the exhibitors, and sponsors.  New this year is a silent and live auction of exhibitor products and services.  Refreshments will also be available.

The Delaware resort area has become attractive for its low-tax, leisure living, whether for retirement, recreation, or investment purposes.  There is no sales tax in Delaware, and resort area property taxes are a fraction of those of surrounding states.  The relatively temperate climate of the region is also an attraction.

The Expo is a unique opportunity for prospective residents considering a retirement or vacation home in the area to get the "lay of the land" in a single visit.  Local residents seeking home improvement values and services will also enjoy show specials from the wide array of exhibitors.

With last year's Expo a sell-out, and most of those exhibitors returning, potential new exhibitors should call or email Bob Benson at 302-645-0225 as soon as possible.   Visitor questions should be directed to Benson too.
